In this page, we are going to explain how to register for the conference, abstract submission and payment

Create an account and fill the forms.
Step 2
Read all the rules about file submission and categories, then submit your file for review
Step 3
After receiving the Acceptance email, pay the registration fees based on which tier you choose.

Workshop registration
Please log in to your account, You will find a page called "Workshop registration". Please fill in the form. After we review the information, we will send you a confirmation that you can attend the workshop. Please note that the seats are limited, and filling the form doesn't guarantee you a spot.

Step 1
Create an account using the menu on the top right of the page, after completing the signup form, our moderators will review the form and confirm your account
(Keep an eye on your email inbox and junk/spam files for the confirmation email)
Step 2
After your account has been approved. you will be able to view the file submission forms. please fill out the form using the rules found HERE, as you might risk getting rejected if you do not follow the rules. After submission, our reviewing committee will review your submissions and will let you know if it is Accepted or rejected.
Step 3
After receiving your acceptance email, you will be able to pay the registration fees. you can choose the type of participation that suits you with the perks included with every type written clearly.

Payment should be completed within 7 days of receiving confirmation of registration/abstract acceptance. Registration will be completed only after presentation of funds transfer confirmation.
Payment needs to be done via bank transfer.
Refunds are only indicated within 14 days after payment and with the exception of sudden cancellation or change of conference format/structure.

Participants interested in receiving an invoice are to provide the necessary data (name of the institution, address and NIP or TIN) when providing the confirmation of payment

**GUMED Students may apply for a fee discount by emailing isscpayment@gmail.com with a written request. Students applying for this are excluded from any other form of financial support from any GUMED student organisation.
